Taman Ujung or Sukasada Park, is sebuat garden in tip banjo, Tumbi village, district Karangasem, Karangasem, Bali. The park is located about 5 miles to the southeast of the city Amlapura. In the Dutch East Indies a place known as Waterpaleis or "water palace".
Taman Ujung Karangasem built by the king of Karangasem I Gusti Bagus Jelantik, who holds the Son of the Supreme Court Anglurah Ketut Karangasem. In the beginning of almost 400 hectares, but now only about 10 hectares. Most of the land was distributed to the public during the land reform. This park is a privately owned family Puri Karangasem. But public visitors are allowed to visit.
Edge Park was built in 1909 on the initiative of Anak Agung Anglurah. The architect was a Dutchman named Van Den Hentz and a Chinese named Loto Ang. This development also involves a undagi (traditional Balinese architect). Edge Park is actually the development of Dirah pool that has been built in 1901. Construction was completed in 1921. Edge Park in 1937, Taman Ujung Karangasem inaugurated with a marble stele inscribed with texts in Latin script and Bali and two languages, Malay and Bali.
